This is What 'White' Culture is Today #YT 20+ Awful Horrible Traits

Why are you NOT angry too?

This is precisely what mainstream and niche western 'white' people's cultures appear like to the outside / alternative perspective. Of course, this is shear generalisation, but generalisation is quite accurate when done correctly and without malice aforethought.

Who hates killing and death again?

The Universal Credit Online System Is A Broken Joke

Great Britain's welfare system is made for immigrants.

The new system is so ineptly designed by foreigners that the national insurance number is no longer a core detail of users - users that are using a government service.

Jobseeking Is Still Worse Than It Was

The government have made the process of claiming jobseekers (universal credit) longer now. It takes at least 5 weeks for the applicant to receive the first payment of a claim.

UKIP BREXIT PROPAGANDA - 2016 VOTE

A leaflet/PSA that UKIP sent out, in it's millions, to counteract the Pro-EU  propaganda sent out by Cameron's Tory government leading up to the EU referendum vote.

If the majority vote is to stay in it will be nice to look back on the things that the masses chose to ignore.

SOME JOBS ARE EXCLUSIVELY FOR IMMIGRANTS ?!

I recently had a zero-hour work experience of a factory setting in central London, where the immigrant staffing (95%) incessantly communicated their belief that those ‘fair-paying’ factory jobs belonged only to them – immigrants.

A mention must be made of the fact that, on average, immigrants are typically more satisfied with lower living expenditures, work benefits, wages and amount of time off. It’s not only ego that pushes natives away from such physically and emotionally demanding positions. It is certainly not laziness, as other commentators would have you believe.

Volunteering Is An Impossible Myth #FUTILITY

Jobhunters say “how can I get experience, when I need experience to get experience”, which is a paradoxical conundrum of the modern-age, to which pompous ignoramuses say “Volunteer”.

Governments Force People Into Crime + Poverty

Governments are supposed to support the people they rule over. Actually, the people are supposed to rule over their governments... but oh well, everything is wrong and futile. It's even 'wrong' to say that things are 'wrong'... Everything that is 'right', fair or decent, has opposition that uses superior levels of effort to argue against wishes, dreams and happiness.

Due to govern-mental neglect, individuals are left to be unemployed and homeless. While there are solutions, none are in place. Justice systems continue to serve the rich while damning the poor. Jobcenters do not help people to get jobs. The publications provide propaganda and lies.

Mr Victim has been forced into violently mugging people, stealing and dealing... because despite any of his efforts, he cannot get a job anywhere and would be sleeping on the streets if he was not a criminal. The government gives him no assistance, only the threat of imprisonment. For him under the government's hateful neglect, being homeless is a crime and employment is a factual impossibility.

Governments, fairly, want people to work and governments do not want them to rely on benefits / social security. So, the solution is to make sure everyone is working. Leaving individuals to find work on their own is silly, because too many people CANNOT find work. So, to keep them away from 'benefits' ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE JOBS.

If the government forced a job placement system, homelessness and poverty would not exist. Despite the benefits and plausibility of such a notion, it is fervently denied; Because rich people won't be happy...

This world is a joke... about which, only the heartless can laugh...

Asians Are Not As Smart As People Advertise

Only on SSOTL.. as per usual. Hate to only touch the surface but I gotta.

People love to act like Asians are intellectually superior to other races people types. With the positive stereotype of the superiorly intelligent Asian, 90% of Asians feel left out by their economic status and mental self-evaluations.

People like to confuse having money with being smart as if: Money=Intelligence... I'll do that here.

Can We All Just Be Nice?

Not dissimilar to how we rely on alcohol to be unrestrained or religion to be mindful, even though we could do so without. Whether its money, relationships or sex, people need a reason to be nice.

What! … Why can’t we just be nice? Oh, yeah, conflicting interests.

Religion is a Joke (part 9/100)

Without defining your expectations.. your faith-system God and your religion is a Failure. Don't worry, they all are.

A British pound is worth more than the life of a child in poverty. Only 12% of the British population regularly gives to charity.

The British government, using money from taxpayers at the same time as proposing to deny homeless teenagers any assistance, spends 100,000,000 pounds (yes, 100 million GBP) per year on keeping 20 British 'whites' with self-induced kidney-based terminal illnesses alive and in hospital for the rest of their lives.

A billion every decade, spent on keeping 20 'whites' alive. In a country where 35% is not 'white' and poverty is a reality.

So, once again, it seems that God loves 'white' people the most.

Meanwhile, poverty, a force that is indisputably more powerful than any religious entity, influences mothers and women to wish human trafficking and prostitution on their young.

More Proof That UK's Government Doesn't Care

People looking for housing assistance get given cardboard folders packed with sheets of information intended as guidance.

Still giving out information packs that state on every page: ‘Updated 2012’ at the end of 2014 to members of the public inquiring about housing, the numerous changes and cuts to the housing, benefits and assistance systems that are now in effect aren't even accounted for.

The government expects people to stumble upon these new roadblocks as they go, on the outdated promises of certain funding and services that were actually made completely unavailable last year.

The government doesn't care enough to update the information they give to people in need.

Not telling them that things are actually slightly different and much harder than they were, even if you are a mother with a child, the UK government changes things but doesn't change their documentation of it for more than 2 YEARS.

However, London exists in a fundamentally different state to the rest of England so... I DUNNO.

The Real Truth About The Latest London Tube Strikes

As is typical, the newspapers only offer half of a story.

They mention only the unions discontent about the 24hr shift patterns and pay - rarely quoting a representative while never criticising the acts and intentions of the Public Transport bosses.

London doesn't need a 24 hour tube service... Clearly.

The publications make it seem as though the unions are loathsomely careless and petty. Just as they've been told.

This is how our captors function: The banks are handling increasing customers aside the misguided hunger to decrease payroll costs by planning to close all counters and move to machine-only staffing. This is a pursuit of futility. Humans will be needed to fix the machines and the customers will flock to the banks with the highest proportion of human staffing. Why even announce such an aim? It's mad.

Why does it seem that our leaders (captors) are mindless and have disregarded compassion completely?

These are the main reasons TFL / LUL workers are so rightfully eager to strike:
23,000 people, 30% 'minorities', 22% female. Surprising.

Due to the bosses and despite better alternative strategies, 24 hour rotas mean that all staff who were on variable shifts (worked mornings / days and evenings (-1am)) are now forced to work all night - yes, with no choice.

The all-nighter pay is proposed to be exactly the same as days.

With this change, all staff are to be dislocated from their regular close-to-home station and given three or more stations that they 'could' be ordered to go to. Creating more work for everyone, the locations can be up to ten miles away from the employee's residence.

The numbers of human-staffed ticket offices in London train stations are steadily being reduced to less than 20 in the city. There are around 366 stations in London.

TFL has tested new automated-service machines, even on their own staff for 'training' purposes, that will replace them. Until they break.

By 2025, LUL plans to cut 70% of their human staffing...

Realities and proposals untold by our great 'journalists'...

UK's Racist Immigration Standard

So... I have been wanting to do a post on this topic for a year or so but also wanted to spend a whole day on getting statistics and researching history, I won't do that so I'll do this.

Our immigration system is racist!!

OMG...

An open door to Europeans but a closed door to all others... unless they're at risk of being killed.

You've seen 'Border Force' and the like. Europeans are exempt from that treatment when coming to England.

With the UK's numerous humanitarian allowances / requests of non-white immigration in the century past and beyond... A rushed and exclusive influx of whites is only "RIGHT"....

Okay then, it "can't be wrong"....

Experience of EU Funded Higher Education - Snippet

Part of a bloody long story..
After walking up 8 flights of stairs, to reach the fourth floor because none of the three lifts have ever worked, you go into the bathroom to wash your hands and beside you are two hand-dryers.

One has a sign on it saying 'Out of Service' but both of them are not working. Despite "Caution Hot!" signs and soap dispensers, you had to use cold water and no soap to wash your hands.

You then leave the bathroom with wet hands to go into a computer room, where the Internet doesn't work and you are sharing the classroom with another group so that there are two teachers, too many people and words cannot be heard.

At the beginning there was 40, now only 7 remain, I am unsure if I belong here.

My name is on the register but my funding is blocked. It is nearing the 6th month without it, will I finish this ordeal???

Things That Make Employment An Impossibility

HR teams hold no responsibility.

The organisational bodies that provide the populace with employment opportunities seem to function in the most questionable ways possible. However, though their idiocy is apparent to most, these people don't care about the responsibility that comes with their positions of power.

Societies need employers as much as they need food.
ZERO-HOUR CONTRACTS
What is the reasoning behind the high number of false advertisements on jobsites?

The length of applications is a barrier to people who have lives and cannot afford to waste hours every day on absolutely nothing. Some applications take people 10 hours to complete. You may say that applicants should only apply for jobs that they have a chance at getting, but anyone should have a chance at getting an un/low skilled role.

So, out of desperation, everyone is forced into applying for the roles that 'anyone' can do, meaning the numbers of applicants, and therefore rejections, will be high. Shouldn't the applicant number for unskilled roles, and others that get hundreds and thousands of applicants, be legislatively capped? If only to stop so many people wasting so much precious time.

Illogical interview processes.

As well as: Why allow 2000 applicants then interview 50 people for a single job? That's a lot of wasted time and energy (translation: money)..

Nobody is reading 2000 applications? Is a robot reader, looking for keywords in 2000 applications, a better decision maker than a qualified human searching through the first twenty for a suitable candidate?

Why waste yours and so many people's time?

Why have one team of interviewers interviewing before another (then maybe another), isn't one team enough? Who's actually making THE decision? Is the first team not trustworthy? Or is it the last one?

Making the job givers unreachable.

Why are applicants unable to get a contact number for the person who is hiring? Why are we expected to be content with them hiding themselves away behind receptionists and the internet... Why do they see speaking to people as the worst thing ever?

Disproportionate hiring allowed to damage communities and business.

I understand your concept of 'cultural fit', but isn't that just a disagreeable method of discrimination against individuals who are unique?  It is essentially the practice of not hiring people who aren't like the people who are already employed.

Why are there factories with 90% Asian staffing?

Why are there offices in which 90% of the staffing is female? Every female construction worker is employed.

It should not be acceptable, in a civilised society, to have organisations comprised of groups of individuals that do not mirror, in some way, the groups that they serve. People are different. Sorry. It is not fair for a paper that has 20% Mexican readers and 100 staff to not have a single Mexican writer. There should be 20.

White's in America and the UK make up no more than 60% of the population. Outside of workplaces.

Ignoring issues.

Of what logic is a student loan system that knows that most of its graduates probably won't begin repayments?

We know that the longer someone is unemployed the harder they will find regaining employment.

Isn't that completely moronic? Should we not have a compassionate priority for applicants who have been without opportunities for long amounts of time? Not a vicious-circle devaluation of them? To run a system that isn't idiotic?

Three months of bad luck turns into 12. A year of unemployment results in unemployability (not even a word according to Google) that conceptually leads to AN INFINITE LENGTH OF UNEMPLOYMENT. nice...

Yes... people find their way, to phoenix flights, defeatist satisfaction or end-of-the-road ruin, but only after relying on taxpayers money, paying none themselves and committing crimes. What serious problems to further?!

Is it fair for many companies to only allow allocation of 12+ HOUR SHIFTS!! to human beings wanting sustenance funds for staying alive and healthy and then pay them the lowest possible wages?

Will we ever do any better?

A lack of clarity about our situation.

If there's a number of people who are unemployed or underemployed..

And there is a specific number of open positions..

Can we know those numbers? If not, should we? For the benefits..

If there's 2 million unemployed in a region and there's 500,000 jobs.. Wouldn't the people knowing that there's not enough jobs to go around be better than them confusedly not knowing? Outside of art, isn't clarity better than mystery? Or would it expose the reality of our situations to all? Would we all riot? Would you guys be dead?

Denying Unemployability (Not a real word in Google but Oxford Acknowledges)

Many people believe that there are no unemployable people, despite the fact that they see many of them on the streets every day. People write articles and books arguing against its existence. Is a person that cannot ever find acceptance in interviews employable? Does society not have it's rejects? Should they be saved? As we did to eachother?

Imagine a homeless man who people don't like to talk or listen to, with skills but no suit, nowhere to wash and a mind filled with fear and apprehension from experience.. Even though nobody will give him a job, he is somehow not unemployable.

If 'unemployables' are a myth that nobody believes in, how are 'the unemployable' ever going to get the help that they need.

"We don't care, and we're no sorry"

The shift in the availability of employment.

Why is it that twenty years ago the paradoxical 'experience to get experience' paradigm didn't exist and people could get many more jobs without experience?

Why is it that 40 years ago, jobs were given out with more eagerness and trust? Today, it seems that employers simply don't want to help communities.

We all know now that the difference between average worker pay and average executive pay has increased hugely over the years, Why are you rich people so selfish?

Since when has it been okay to never offer any kind of training, even for 'unskilled' roles? If someone can teach a new employee their role in less than a day, why must someone have experience to get an opportunity? You could even acceptably take the costs for that induction day out of the new employees wages...

"Show her the ropes"
"Do Not! Show Her! The Ropes!!"

Jobcenters not actually being centres for jobs.

There are no jobs to be found in jobcenters, people go to them only to say that the information on the staff's system is correct. That's it... no jobs, no interviews, no employment assistance.

Why are penniless jobseekers expected to spend money to travel every single weekday to their 2nd closest jobcenter, to not get a job and receive zero help?

Why is the jobcenter not a place that serves an idea-of-GOD-supporting job placement system?

Job seeking has costs, a main one being that of travel, so why not provide job seekers with travel cards that allow 2 free journeys per day? To help.. You politicians have areas where there are 15 twenty-storey blocks in a square half-mile. For most of the people living there, 'the jobs' are miles away.

As I must say all to often, NOTHINGS GONNA CHANGE for the better.. and you not believing me or sharing shit like this helps immeasurably.

Be afraid, be very afraid...

The overarching issue is that employers (and other governed establishments that serve as underpins for our societies) function with barely the slightest semblance of civility, compassion or consideration.

Is It Too Late For UKIP To Do Anything?

Despite the lack of a fully-fleshed and multifaceted proposal, UKIP have picked up support seemingly solely due to the validity and resonance of their main argument; that of the negative effects of immigration.
It seems that the populace believes that the issues UKIP consistently relies on (immigration and the EU) are the most important as of now, rewarding UKIP with roughly a 30% share in the 22/05/14 'local election' constituency votes.
If UKIP is to provide the main populace with what they are wishing the party would provide for their votes, their governmental reign must result in:
  • The UK leaving the EU completely or having limited ties similar to those of Switzerland. Mandatory
  • The majority of European and other economic migrants (not asylum) being deported, freeing up millions of jobs, services and resources. Mandatory
  • UK's borders and immigration policies being changed to ensure that traversal is extremely exclusive, finally only allowing 'a trickle'. Mandatory
  • Possible implementation of priority system for public services such as NHS, housing, benefits and job acquisition.
These points would be proved with a psuedo-democratic referendum that allowed the population to define and vote for exactly what they really want to happen with their country.
"We want Idi Amin!!"
If these things are not to be executed, what did people vote UKIP for? The 4 things above are needed in order for the political and social ailments that have been wrought by the ConDem crew and immigration to be truly cured.
Everything will stay the same as it is now; all or most of the problems voters have now will remain after UKIP takes office, due to such challenging tasks.
I think it is too late and that not all of the 4 aforementioned notions will become reality. If the party does get to lead (which they wont) UKIP will disappoint the public's expectations, fading away in the next general election with a furore of discontent.
