They mention only the unions discontent about the 24hr shift patterns and pay - rarely quoting a representative while never criticising the acts and intentions of the Public Transport bosses.

 London doesn't need a 24 hour tube service... Clearly.

The publications make it seem as though the unions are loathsomely careless and petty. Just as they've been told.

This is how our captors function: The banks are handling increasing customers aside the misguided hunger to decrease payroll costs by planning to close all counters and move to machine-only staffing. This is a pursuit of futility. Humans will be needed to fix the machines and the customers will flock to the banks with the highest proportion of human staffing. Why even announce such an aim? It's mad.

The numbers of human-staffed ticket offices in London train stations are steadily being reduced to less than 20 in the city. There are around 366 stations in London.

TFL has tested new automated-service machines, even on their own staff for 'training' purposes, that will replace them. Until they break.

By 2025, LUL plans to cut 70% of their human staffing...

Why are you shouting when you don't have to? Surely, on most calls, you can still be heard by who you are talking to if you aren't shouting - just speak quietly.
Up against all of the things that one could possibly be talking about, compassion for others should be of some importance.
When compassion is a factor, such as when your group (Loudies) is in public, at the very least, it should be of effect. 
If you can communicate quietly, arguably with more effectiveness, you must be a moron not to do so.

I checked out the March 2015 Wall Street Journal Women's Magazine for Style and didn't read much. I knew fashion magazines and the industry were racist (racially unfair) but here are some numbers...

Solution For Digitalization?

The expectation now is that by 2020 European nations such as France, England and Portugal will have riots and social uprising due to the effects of digitalization (computers taking peoples jobs to point of displacement of the majority of people).

Mass scale riots and rebellion would be good and very very bad.

This fear and reality of humans being displaced by computers is undeniably caused by rich devils, choosing to make themselves and their companies more money by saving it and making it easier with the use of computers.

One coder could create, every year, software instructions that would replace the utility of thousands of humans. 

Surely, one way to prevent this 'inevitable' scenario would be to utilise law. I'm no lawyer but I'm sure that there are ethical requirements for organisations to adhere to.

Surely, Unions can take companies to Court for unethical business practices. If a multinational company, that makes upwards of $10 Billion annually, desires to make 100,000 people redundant to save $2 Billion a year... Is that ethical? Do law systems allow this?

We are more concerned about the corporations not the demands of the constituents.
The constituents are of lower priority than the corporations.

The demands of a multinational corporation must be met.
The requests of the people should be disregarded.

We are okay with the corporations negatively affecting the people.
We cannot allow the people to negatively affect the corporations.
