SOME JOBS ARE EXCLUSIVELY FOR IMMIGRANTS ?!

I recently had a zero-hour work experience of a factory setting in central London, where the immigrant staffing (95%) incessantly communicated their belief that those ‘fair-paying’ factory jobs belonged only to them – immigrants.

A mention must be made of the fact that, on average, immigrants are typically more satisfied with lower living expenditures, work benefits, wages and amount of time off. It’s not only ego that pushes natives away from such physically and emotionally demanding positions. It is certainly not laziness, as other commentators would have you believe.

Of course, many aspects of the entries below are fair, I'll focus on the unfair and illogical aspects. In desperation, as I adapt this from another article.






You aren't very savvy on social media (ME TOO) 


When ...social media is more media than it is social. ....broadcast to unforeseen audiences. Employers will Google you and look you up on social media sites... more than 40% of companies said they have turned down candidates based on what they see on their social profiles.... looked up a candidate ...wearing only a sock. (Not on his foot.) Your profile picture isn't private.A sales manager shared a story .... brilliant resume who interviewed well,.. didn't get the job because he was smoking or holding a bong in what seemed like every photo ever taken....


Why are you judging people on who they are as individuals? Why must they adhere to a rigid outline of a quintessentially 'boring' person? When Facebook and Google accounts didn't exist, did you benevolent employers hire private investigators to look into your applicants personal lives simply for additional reasons to not give them jobs? What are you hoping to find from looking at Facebook profiles? 

Should someone put up a false character image/impression on Facebook for all of their true friends to be confused by? Is a picture of a man and a dog better than a woman with three cats? Is it fair for employment to not be awarded on an objective basis?

I checked out the March 2015 Wall Street Journal Women's Magazine for Style and didn't read much. I knew fashion magazines and the industry were racist (racially unfair) but here are some numbers...

Facebook Games Are Rubbish

As of right now...

Most Facebook games are 2D unoriginal copies of other, more successful ones with hhuuugly graphics and no fun to be had.

..to play this after you realise this isn't 3D

Since these games are not fun, you might be looking for a story. Look hard.

You reach a point in most of these games, usually after 2 or 3 hours of play, where to proceed you must pay for an enhancement (extra stars or items you need). This practice makes playing these games pointless and unsatisfying, being forced to forfeit playing due to insurmountable difficulty only there to make additional money.

I'm looking forward to the first quality 3D game that you can play in-browser on Facebook. Imagine a "Second Life" service that would connect you to realistic avatars of all your friends. By 2016, the average computer will be able to display Xbox360-quality graphics so this notion is a possibility.

Thieves!! make a good Facebook game and then money will be reasonable, until then.. facebook ain't a place to play games, I'm on Steam...
