What Is CRT (Critical Race Theory) And Why Are 'White' People Afraid Of It?

It is so hard to talk to 'power' - or 'white people'.

Another 'new' thing, CRT (Critical Race Theory), has recently been proposed as a valuable new addition to Rockefeller's GEB (General Education Board) curriculums by the under-served and oddly audible people who see benefit in it.

CRT is beneficial because it can be presented as a near-surefire way to resolve various types of mostly-normalised racial conflict and inequality; a way to make the next generations of humans more inclusive, progressive and enlightened about our shared reality and how racial dynamics interplay.

CRT aims to dismantle the 'white supremacist' and 'cast system' ideology that pervades the international community by exposing the dynamics of race-focused history in regards to current and future socioeconomic and cultural states.

CRT also aims to free BAME children from historical educational malformation which taught and teaches them 'their inferiority' and has so many negative effects on the growth of BAME individuals and communities.

Many 'white' people and other sympathisers are in stark opposition to the push for CRT. Mainstream media publications are included  Expectable reasonings for this almost-guaranteed-to-be-successful resistance effort against CRT are:

  • Desired end results would cause some enhancements to equality efforts through demanding legislative and cultural measures which would occur with the intangible removal of some of their (and other demographics') privilege(s).
  • Forces the devaluation of historically held beliefs about an individuals solitary ownership and responsibility of their circumstances.
  • Promotes recognition and acceptance of the 'white devil' perspective through analysis of history and international relations.
  • Fuels racial division to a degree, often having the directly opposite effect to what would be intended - more so if it is implemented half-heartedly.
  • Enables greater likelihood of the increased manifestation of potential in BAME individuals around the world.
  • Exposes the way that the 'white-led' nations (with alliances like NATO and the UN) have been and are exploiting the rest of the world, veritably based on race.
  • Goes directly against the established 'white supremacist' and 'kalergy' fueled structures so prevalent today.

It is the case that CRT is a great (if challenging) way for progression to occur in a manner that benefits 'all' humans. Additionally, it may result in the overhauling of the entire educational system, addressing many complaints about relevancy of standardised modules and cultural sentiment permeated within traditional public schooling.

One interesting aspect of this interplay between right and 'Reich' is in the imagining of CRT being taught in homogeneously 'white' regions. Think Poland, Slovenia or Bulgaria. How would that look and end up looking?

There is the argument that CRT is dangerous. So, sadly to be present, also is the danger in crossing the street, making things better for all, providing free energy or saving the children. One can also imagine how 'mobile' the resistance efforts may be provoked and enabled to become.

Optimal permeation of CRT ideo/methodology would inadvertently require the discontinuation or clear demonisation of  the terms 'black' and 'white' - instead promoting more use of nationality and culture as identity. This change to common consensus becomes more plausible while considering the guaranteed progressions of numerous generations of diverse communities. It would become plausible that there is a pathway for an international community to have long cast aside racial terminology and identifications.

Miserably, because of such fearful and fearsome opposition by those in power, CRT is not yet codified or defined so it is still a long way from widespread implementation. If CRT is implemented without proper design, it could end up causing teachers to become less invested, students more divided and school systems more numerous in their factions...

Still, we can all hope that a good story has started...
